Fun and Flirty Friday

Okay so I've been thinking about having a Fun and Flirty Friday post ever Friday. With this post I'm either going to do a swoon quote or funny laugh out loud quote from a book that I'm currently reading. And then eventually get other to join in on the fun. And I would love nothing more than to start it off with my girl Rachel Harris.

Not only am I a part of her Flirt Squad (which I love every moment of) I am also partaking in her new book release blog tour for: Seven Day Fiancé. Eppp pretty excited. And so I started the book today....and finished it today because I couldn't put it down (not surprised because I absolutely love Rachel and her stories). So here are some awesome swoon worthy teaser photos of my boy Cane as well as a blurb and buy links and some info on one of my favorites Rachel.

Ahhhh swooning as we speak!!!! And know that this was super hard because my favorite quote is at the end of the book, but I don't want to give that away so this is my next favorite quote from my man Cane.

"Smiling at the families gathered on Main Street, Cane wondered what Angelle had thought about his gifts. Other than his sisters and Emma, he'd never bought a woman gifts -and even for them, he tended to go with gift cards. But if he'd learned anything from the multitude of women in his life, it was that you can never go wrong with flowers and chocolate. At least that's what he'd thought, but even that had taken forever. He'd argued with three different florists. Ran to that damn bear shop in the packed mall before searching shelves at Target for chocolates. And he'd debated forever about the bottle cap.

Chick thoughts. That's what his mental process had been reduced to."

Once you read this book the scene he has with Jason before this only add the humor behind this scene. Again one of my many favorites. I love Cane and I'm so so glad Rachel did a book for him.

Now just in case you have missed any information concerning this book here you go.

Blurb:

Angelle Prejean is in a pickle. Her family is expecting her to come home with a fiancé—a fiancé who doesn’t
exist. Well, he exists, but he definitely has no idea Angelle told her mama they were engaged. Tattooed, muscled, and hotter than sin, Cane can reduce Angelle to a hot mess with one look—and leave her heart a mess if she falls for him. But when she ends up winning Cane at a charity bachelor auction, she knows just how to solve her fiancé problem.

Cane Robicheaux is no one’s prince. He doesn’t do relationships and he doesn’t fall in love. When sweet, sultry-voiced Angelle propositions him, he hopes their little game can finally get her out of his head. He doesn’t expect her to break through all his barriers. But even as Angelle burrows deeper into his heart, he knows once their seven days are up, so is their ruse.

About the Author:

As a teen, Rachel Harris threw raging parties that shook her parents' walls and created embarrassing fodder for future YA novels. As an adult, she reads and writes obsessively, rehashes said embarrassing fodder, and dreams up characters who become her own grown up version of imaginary friends.

She grew up in New Orleans, watching soap operas with her grandmother and staying up late and reading her mam's favorite romance novels. Now a Cajun cowgirl living in Houston, she

still sneaks staying up too late reading her favorite romances, only now, she can do so openly. She firmly believes life's problems can be solved with a hot, powdered-sugar-coated beignet or a thick slice of king cake, and that screaming at strangers for cheap, plastic beads is acceptable behavior in certain situations.

When she's not typing furiously or flipping pages in enthralling romances, you can find her homeschooling her two beautiful girls and loves watching reality television with her amazing husband or taking a hot bubble bath.....next to a pile of chocolate. She writes young adult, new adult, and adult Fun, Flirty Escapes, and LOVES talking with readers!
